I just want you to know how happy and satisfied I am with the surgery you did for me.
You have changed my life… For many years, I suffered from loss of confidence based on other people’s reactions, which started in my early years at school. As an adult, I tried to overcome it. In my profession, as doctor of abnormal psychology, I have tried to understand my early traumas and personal failures. You have become a large part of my personal healing… your work changed my appearance and therefore I was able to build my confidence and no longer be afraid to pull back my hair and smile.
You took my requests and questions seriously and took the time to explain the whole procedure to me beforehand so I knew exactly what would happen both before and after. I was impressed when you told me that you say a prayer before every surgery. That is what I did, too! I spent a lot of time travelling through the world and learned lessons given to me by God. I have learned to meditate and look at the world from a different perspective. However, until after the surgery, I couldn’t see myself in a different light.
During the surgery, you showed me a different light of you… a man who is not only skilled to do his job but is a very sensitive, good man, whom I trust. After my surgery, I have referred you many of my patients who I know you have taken good care of.
You are an amazing man, wonderful doctor and an excellent professional who is not only able to transform lives, but also, is humble and appreciative. I very much appreciate your work… I see it every day and it always makes me smile. I think of you as a gift sent by God, who was able to compromise my personal demons. I have been thinking about otoplasty for over 20 years and in the last 5 years I have been searching for a surgeon… I never found one I trusted until I met you.
Today is almost a year since my surgery. My anniversary will be on July 9, 2009 and for me, that was the day I was born again… Thank you for helping me in my healing journey. Thank you for being there for me and taking the time for any request I had.
