Dear Doctor Hong and Staff,

I wanted to write this as a thank you. But a thank you is only 2 words. I have many words to say. I had an issue with my hip and not only did you take the time and courtesy to fix it, you finished it off with a smile. No longer will I have to make trips to the emergency room. No longer will I require different medications to keep the problem at bay. There is no longer a problem. You made sure of that. I appreciate everything you've done for me Doctor Hong. Your waiting room may need to get bigger one day. But that's only because everyone knows just how good of a job you do. Your staff always had a smile on their faces as well which is a very important and memorable thing. It keeps spirits high. It most certainly did for me.
